Investment Manager

1. Long-term and direct investment:

- Invest in new projects (mainly) or M&A transactions (secondary) in the field of agribusiness.

- Perform online /offline researching, go to market for interviewing, analysing industrial and market data to make market research report or investment proposal, feasibility study, business plan … of new projects.

- Work in process of deal evaluation, execution and post-deal management in M&A activities. Executing company and industry due diligence, building financial models and working on deal structuring issues ...

- Conduct meetings and presentations of performing requirements analysis.

- Analyse & Propose efficient business models to improve every business.

2. Coordinate with foreign and local experts, project teams and related departments in executing investment activities.

3. Other supporting activities in strategic planning and intelligent business developing.

- Bachelor degree in Economics and CFA level 1 above or studied in investment.

- 3+ years of professional experience either in Investment / Finance industry or in an investment function.

- 2+ years of experience at Big 4 or Foreign PE fund or Investment Banking team.

- Strong business-orientation and result oriented mindset.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to details.

- Excellent: Excel / Modeling / PowerPoint / English / Presentation.
