Mô tả công việc
- Take part in all administrative tasks (workflow control, meetings, minutes, estimates, records, checking etc) under the direction of Account Executive and Account Manager
- Support in writing client briefs, proposal development, and work with internal teams to produce the best outputs
- Support the account team to create and manage project scope and timelines, implementing any necessary processes and procedures
- Work with cross-functional team within the company such as social media/production department/media, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop a thorough understanding of his/her brands
- Be hungry to learn the business and apply that knowledge – measured by the number of training sessions attended and AE’s evaluation of how the learning is applied back on the job
- Other tasks are assigned by the Account Manager

- Can work full time & start ASAP

- Be able to commit for at least 3 months
- Good at communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
