Mô tả công việc
- Greeting customers and providing all the needed info like booklets, brochures
- Answering hotline calls/inbox chat messages within the set response time
- Maining reporting system related to contracts, groups, school class feedback system
- Issuing customer receipts and processing scans of contracts submitted by sales department
- Collecting payments via POS/mPoS based on sales team request
- Collecting attendance reports of students & arranging schedule with Program Director and teaching department
- Maintaining positive & sustainable relationships with current customers (parents & students) for re-enrollments.
- Being the all-in-one contact point for customers to contact as well as handling all queries/problems/issues to increase customers’ satisfaction.
- Managing retention and student customer satisfaction

Yêu cầu
Working hours (afternoons & evenings):
Tuesday 7PM -9.30PM / Thursday 6.30PM - 9 PM / Friday 6PM -8.30PM /
Saturday 5PM - 9PM / Sunday 1PM - 9PM
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English (4 skills) is a must-have.
- Proven experience/knowledge and high interest as a Client Relationship oriented person
