Personal Data Protection Officer- Compliance & Anti Money Laundering Department, H.O

- Partcipate to develop internal regulations, to deploy law/legal regulations related to personal data protection applying for IVB in accordance with current regulations as assigned.

- Partcipate to develop and deploy tools/measure to monitor and control the compliance with personal data protection and propose the method, solution for incurred violations as assigned. 

- Periodically submit to line manager report relating to personal data protection for checking before sending to BOE and other authorities.

- Prepare personal data processing impact assessment dossier, data transferring outbound impact assessment dossier and other dossier submitting to Ministri of Public Security in accordance with current regulations.

- Implement the tasks supporting to the operation of Steering Committee on personal data protection at IVB.

- Give advices relating to personal data protection for IVB Units.

- Partcipate to develop, deploy management measures and technical measures for personal data protection at IVB.

- Support, coordinate with IVB Units during the implementation of Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP and Regulation on personal data protection at IVB.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by Department Head/Deputy Head/Section Head.

- Male/Female with bachelor’s degree in Banking, Laws, Information Technology, Database Management or equivalent majors…

- Having good knowledge of operation and legal regulations relating to banking sector.

- Having good knowledge of personal data protection.

- Good at skills of communication, time management, problem solving and decision making.

- English: TOEIC 600 and above or equivalent
