OPERATIONS SENIOR

-  Booking Management: Manage and coordinate booking activities with shipping lines and forwarders timely and efficient: place Booking, manage & request for extending Free time and Closing time, follow up schedule (update ETA/ETD, delay notice, or rolling notice,… related to shipments) .

-  Shipment Data Management: Update and manage data related to shipment including booking information, container/seal#, weight, and other relevant information in the company's database.

-  Communicate with internal teams, shipping lines, and forwarders to ensure all parties are informed of shipment schedules, changes, and other related information.

-  Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the shipping process, including delays, damaged container, and other issues.

-  Manage and update Operation files & reports.

-  Report to the BOD on a regular basis or in case of any arising irregularities / problems related to the stuffing process and follow-up problem solving to the manager.

-  Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations process.

-  Other tasks assigned by manager.

-   Bachelor/College Degree from related fields.

-   Be able to work under high pressure and solve problems effectively.

-   At least 2-year experience in the related field. Experience in shipping line/forwarding is preferable.

-   Good command in English: writing/mailing/reporting.

-   Proactive, careful & faithful.

-   Flexible at working time.

-  Expertise in using emails, internet searching, and Microsoft Office 365. 

-  Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

-  Be able to work under pressure, and willing to take responsibility.
