Mô tả công việc

-  As an English Personal Coach, you will play a vital role in coaching adult learners in both General and

-  Business English. Your responsibilities include delivering effective online coaching sessions,

-  Motivating students to practice speaking English, and ensuring compliance with assigned

-  Requirements. Additionally, you will provide regular reports to the Supervisor and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Yêu cầu

- Assist students in improving their English skills and achieving course goals.

- Conduct engaging and effective online coaching sessions, each session lasts 30 minutes.

- Motivate students to actively practice and enhance their English speaking skills.

- Complete attendance and feedback on LMS within 12 hours and class reports following each coaching session.

- Provide weekly updates to the Supervisor on assigned tasks.
