Mô tả công việc

Manage daily operation activities

- Handle daily working related to operation and documentation.

- Consulting to customer the proceed shipment, im-export document.

- Ensure to make/submit correct documents/data (shipping documents, customs documents, payment request, etc.) in time

- Accurate and timely entry processing through local Customs

- Ensure proper documentation and fulfilment of customers’ orders

- Solving all the matters/problems related to operation jobs

Update procedure

- Set up standard procedure of OPS

- Ensure to create, file and update SOP, and make sure staff to follow it.

- Studying/updating local Customs regulation

Operation Control

Support to and co-operate with Account Department on collecting credits and stop booking/operation for non-payment from customers.

Customer Satisfaction:

- Ensure to solve problems/complaints from customers

- Customer Service is trained & equipped with skills & knowledge to solve the irregularities (from Manager’ experience & Manual), ensure maximum customer and supplier satisfaction

- Number of appreciation from customers/partners & Colleagues by mail or by letter from customers

- Number of claims & problems from customers.

Manage Budget

- Managing budgets and costs effectively in respect of the planning process.

Compliance assurance (Quality Assurance)

- Problem Solving: Adapting to the ever changing environment and reacting quickly to meet challenges.

- Create new initiative for development and improvement. Which are proved by you and accepted by MD or HR Dept– on that period)

- Initiatives for new product/service

Yêu cầu

·        Graduated in Foreign Trade, Foreign Economic or relevant field.

·        Knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Logistics and Customs rules/ regulations/procedure

·        5 -10  years experiences of operation in Freight Forwarding and Logistics field

·        8 -10 years engaged in Customs Clearance

·        Good computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

·        Good Communication in English

·        High responsibility, being able to work under pressure.

·        Being service-minded, careful, hard -working and positive thinking.

·        Honest, passionate, cheerful.
