Senior Sales Analytics Specialist

1. Analysis:

-  Make and collect sales analysis related to market/competitor/customer.

-  Make analysis related to the sales system & sales force.

2. Identify sales situation and gap vs business needs.

3. Propose Solutions for sales effectiveness/efficiency/ and development. Make plans, lead deployment and assess the effectiveness & efficiency of improvement programs and activities:

-  Successfully develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for GT, MT, and Sales Support which will drive the sales team to higher motivation and business results.

-  Create a report to support business needs.

-  Propose DMS system enhancements and modifications to meet changing business requirements and ensure system readiness for future requirements.

-  Develop systems and tools to support Sales organization and sales process to ensure operational effectiveness.

-  Responsible for all sales projects.

-  Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Economics or related majors.

-  2 year+ for similar business analysis positions in FMCG industry or in research company for FMCG industry.

-  Good knowledge of FMCG and Dairy Market.

-  Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. Trade, Customer, Field. Capacity to understand dairy sales management: GT, MT, distribution network development, sales and distribution knowledges and skills.

-  Have experience on sales system as DMS.

-  Having a strong result commitment, proactiveness, high-pressure acceptance style.

-  Has good agility, customer orientation & teamwork style Strong interpersonal and good presentation skills.

-  Be strong at analytical and problem solving skills Good project management skills.

-  Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
