Risk Management Officer

•  Developing and maintaining credit risk management framework and policies and effective implementation.

•  Proposing and setting credit risk management limits and concentration ratios

•  Monitor the credit performance of the consumer portfolio (eg. delinquency and NPL ratios)

• Monitoring of utilization against internally set triggers/limits

• Ensure sound asset quality and a cautious, but competitive and constructive, credit culture throughout the review, recommendation of corporate and commercial lending & treasury trading/underwriting activities and  transactions.

• Maintain close dialogue with corporate front line and advise on appropriate structuring of credit facilities.

• Conduct portfolio and sector review to assist Management in understanding and mitigating specific industry/sector risk.

• To participate in UAT on credit risk management systems

• Act as the contact person on CCRM related issues

Background & Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree, with major in Banking & Finance, Marketing Management, Business Administration or related fields is an advantage. Advanced qualifications like Masters in Finance, CFA, FRM/ PRM would be advantageous.

- Understand banking services, products and related legal compliance.

- With two years’ banking related experience is preferable. 

Skills:

- Good command of English & Vietnamese both speaking & writing; have Chinese ability is a plus.

-  Preferred language: Chinese, English
