Compliance staff

- Assist in the Compliance Officer in in- house consulting on compliance with the law on banking business.

- Review the types of documents related to business, contracts, form, ect for the bank.

- Assist in the Compliance Officer in considering legal cases that occur and advise accordingly. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that when legal risk has been identified, appropriate remedial action must be taken.

- Establish process orientation and initiate to improve existing processes.

- Review regulation, documents, recommendations, and control implimentation the regulation at the bank.

- Co-operated with  the relevant departments/ agencies to ensure that compliance risks are identified and propose appropriate solution.

- Provide personnel training on legal knowledge of the banking industry.

- Monitoring, processing transactions on AML software in timely manner.

- Report to Head office and Board of Management.

1. Background & Qualifications

- Graduated from University, major in Law, Economics, Finance, Banking.

- Experience in banking and finance from 1 to 3 years.

2. Skills

- Use good English to handle basic documents, materials and communication ; have Chinese ability is a plus.

- Understanding the basic legal aspects.

- Communication skill.

- Have the spirit of cooperation, teamwork, high interaction.

- Honest, confidential information related to work.

- Be proficient in office computer.
