Mô tả công việc

- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes

- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints

- Assures maintenance of inventory of office supplies and interacts with vendors regarding selection, pricing, and delivery of office supplies, equipment, and services.

- Assures that office services such as coffee and tee, machine repair, and building service are provided as needed.

- Assures coverage reception, telephones, office cleaning, office renovation, company products distribution, and long-year service gift delivery to employees

- Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as uniforms, air ticket, transportation, or relocation service

- Monitor expenses and/or admin budgets. Highlight areas of concern to Line Manager. Supervise PR/-PO-GR-Payment activities to ensure timely payment to vendors and compliant with company policies and procedures

- University/Bachelor’s degree

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Compliant with the company's policies and procedures

- Be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.
