Job title: Ads Operations Associate

   We're looking for a passionate and results-oriented Advertising Operations Associate to join our growing eCommerce team. You will play a key role in advertising account management (especially Facebook ads). The ideal candidate will be an individual with knowledge of advertising accounts, mindset about building products on e-commerce platforms, as well as the one with a keen eye for detail.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

-  Collaborate with the Marketing team, manage and operate advertising accounts on social media platforms (like Facebook, Amazon,...)

-  Oversee campaign creation across platforms, monitor ads account performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

-  Collaborate with agencies managing Facebook Ads to ensure optimal campaign performance.

-  Manage resources (especially meta) for the company.

-   Support monitoring campaign progress, effective management & reporting to Line Manager.

-  More than 1 year of experience in ad operations or a related field (especially Facebook ads).

-  Have Digital Advertising knowledge - experience with running ad campaigns on digital platforms.

-  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as great attention to detail.

-  Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

-  Effective communication and collaboration skills with team members.

-  Proactive learning behavior. We request all people to learn daily (only learn things that can support your work immediately) and share it with others.

-   A positive, “can do” attitude.
