Job title: Marketing Operations Associate

      As a Marketing Operations Associate at our company, you will collab with Line Manager driving the success of our skincare and supplement brands across multiple platforms: DTC website, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
      You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our marketing efforts to ensure the efficient execution of our campaigns and the achievement of our business goals.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

-  Proven Copywriting, Funnels, and Web Design Skills: Expertise in crafting compelling copy, designing high-converting funnels, and creating visually appealing web designs that drive engagement and conversions.

-  Code, Canva, and Video Editing is a Plus: Ability to code and edit videos, along with proficiency in Canva, to enhance marketing materials and campaigns.

-  Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with a knack for clear and persuasive presentation of marketing strategies and results.

-  Adaptability and Learning: Demonstrated ability to learn swiftly, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and adapt to new marketing platforms and technologies.

-  Team Alignment: The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure that marketing operations are in alignment with the broader business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

-  Have at least 6 months of experience in this position

-  Fluent in English communication, with an IELTS score above 7.0 or equivalent.

-  Strong leadership skills. Candidates need to provide proof of record of how they can increase their own team performance.
