Intern Customer Service

- Coordinate and support Sales team to take care of the customer after-sales service.

- Co-operate with Development team to understand products knowledge to answer any questions from inside and outside company.

- Manage phone calls in a professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by potential clients.

- Record customers' requests and follow-up actions into the database system.

- Other duties as assigned.
