Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a (Human Resources) HR Supervisor to join our team and implement various human resources programs:
- Build up orientation training program and other training courses for HR development
- Manage all HR functions (HR organization chart, recruitment, compensation & benefits, policies, KPIs & performance appraisal, training development)
- Lead & manage procedures & paperwork relating to offer letters, employment contracts & other required documents for employees
- Review, revise & develop HR policies and procedures to support the company’s operations & development, to help talent engagement & retention
- Build up KPIs & performance appraisal system (performance of departments & key persons). Implement & manage yearly performance review process for employees
- Develop HR reports as required for CEO
- Update new Laws, new regulations and give advices to the company
- Support Trade Union
- Recommend solution of HR organization chart & department responsibilities
- Manage all compensation related issues, including working timesheet, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax and other requirements with relevant authorities
- Recommend HR budget & manage HR budget approved
- Plan and manage recruitment
- Develop company culture
WORKING TIME
- Break time: 12:00 AM – 13.00 PM
- From Mon- Sat: 8:00 AM - 17:00PM (After probation, will be considered to take 2 Saturdays off)

Yêu cầu
- Male / Female, 30-45 years old
- College / University degree in relevant fields
- At least 3 years of experiences, working in factory
- Must be proficient in Words, Microsoft Excel, Emailing
- Be able to communicate fluently in English or Chinese.
