Mô tả công việc

  • Cost Accounting: develop effective cost accounting processes and routines that are easily executed, simple to understand, and compliant with GAAP or IFRS standard. Adjust your processes with our quickly-changing lines of business
  • Payroll accounting: effectively navigate an ever-changing payroll as our team and our corporate structure evolve to fit our business. Perform all payroll accounting and ensure that we have clear and accurate records.
  • Bank & administrative: gain an in-depth knowledge of all of our financial partners and ensure that the team has the resources they need to work with clients, suppliers, contractors and full-time staff
  • Data Management: ensure that our accounting data is accurate, detailed and clear and be able to provide stakeholders (management, C-suite, board and investors) with clear answers to their questions about our financial data
  • Tax and compliance: we do business all over the world. The Finance Associate will support management with making sure we are compliant with all regulations necessary to operate in all of our markets.
  • Cost center management: ensure that the HCMC cost center is meeting its needs in terms of cash flow, accounting, reporting, and supporting our wonderful team
  • Ad-hoc support: support and manage projects that allow us to expand our business

Yêu cầu

  • Numerical Reasoning and MS Excel skills
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Inquisitive and resourceful - we can count on you to find answers where there are no answers
  • High level of adaptability - you’re very comfortable with change
  • Experience working in a Startup environment: “thriving in chaos, but working towards structure”
