Job Brief:

Provide the highest level of customer service at all times & in all communications with clients, providers & vendors.

As a Customer Support Rep you help our clients with:

• General questions

• Policy administration

• Direct billing coordination

• Claims reimbursements

• Next payment & annual renewal notices

• Calling clients to solve problems efficiently

• Communication support for expats

• Updating our CRM with client details

• Answering inbound calls

• Have excellent English, not only listen & speak well, but also have reading comprehension and writing skills.

• Are sociable and are not afraid to pick up the phone and call expats and communicate with them in English on a daily basis

• Are detail oriented and organized

• Work hard and learn fast
