Mô tả công việc

  • Deliver Quarterly Sales Quota: You will hold a quarterly and yearly sales quota for selling E-commerce solutions, you will work to ensure you hit or exceed the sales quota assigned.
  • Build Out Pipeline: You will work your contacts / networks for pipeline generation, work with the lead generation to build our pipeline and with our partners. You will be able to commit to close dates combining large deals with a longer pipeline and smaller deals with quicker closure rates.
  • Sales Development: You will work with pre-sales / practice heads and our content house team to create proposals tailored to each client. You will work to understand the client business issues and identify a right to win as build the relationships required to develop the lead across the sales stages to closure.
  • Deal Structuring & Closing: You will partner with practice head to develop sales huddles based on how to structure deals, how to price and how to identify the right people to help make deals attractive to clients and easy to buy. You will write sales plan and work to ensure they are executed against.
  • GTM Strategy & Execution: You will build out a plan on how to achieve your sales target based on your country, vertical and product / service allocations. This will include how you will achieve the target, the pipeline you will collaboratively grow and how you will ensure closure.
  • Product / Services Knowledge: Using the sales kits provided and the brain trust from the broader Martech team as well as ADA, you will suck up product / service knowledge to ensure you are able to drive real value to clients.
  • Customer success: You will sell to closure, but also ensure the client is set up for success and further cross / upselling later on. As such you will look at deals not as one offs, but also in the context of the long tail sell in.

Yêu cầu

  • Min 4-5 years of experience working in the Ecommerce industry as a BD folk with proven track record of hitting or exceeding these sales targets.
  • Proven experience of generating your own pipeline in addition to getting pipeline from marketing / partners.
  • Proven experience of selling large deals, doing relationship mapping and structuring deals with a long tail.
  • Proven experience in GTM strategy and collaboration to able to build and deliver against a sales plan.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint with experience putting together proposals with the support of pre-sales and tailor them to client needs.
  • Understanding of what consulting and CX is and how it links back to data solutions.
  • Advantageous if you have a network of customers you can bring to the role to help you get a quick start on hunting for new business.
  • Fluent written and spoken language skills in English , additional SEA languages would be advantageous.
