AR ACCOUNTANT

-  Ensure Revenue/ Discount/ Rebate of MADE Kitchen/ Market/ Canteen record correctly & on time. Monthly reconciliation with internal CJ Foods entity about CJ membership card fee.

-  Collect data on CJ Market's sales channels, record sales transactions into accounting software and issue sales invoices.

-  Ensure cost record correct as VAS.

-  Monthly costing run, check the final result.

-  Follow up the accounting arising in the bank.

-  Conduct monthly stock count, check the stock count report, and consumption report.

-  Daily/weekly/monthly AR aging report and highlight reason of collection problem.

-  Communicate, interact and cooperate with other departments (Marketing/ Procurement. Finance/ etc.).

-  Assist other tasks required by Chief Accountant/CFO.

-  3+ years of experience in accounting field

-  Strong with Excel

-  Good command of English

-  Graduated University/College Accounting & Finance

-  Experience with Accounting Software (SAP / Sthink 3 preferred)

-  Knowledge Account receivable, Expenses, Warehouse

-  Analysis skill, logic

-  Can work under high pressure with problem solving skill

-  Honest & calm character/ Willing to learn and take new tasks as requested

WORKING HOUR: Monday – Saturday, 08:30 – 17:30 (Saturday working only happens as requested).
