Greetings from UOB Vietnam! 

We are excited to announce application for UOB Management Associate (MA) Programme 2024 is now open. This programme is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders across the region. UOB Management Associates should possess a drive of excellence, an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of ethics. Over the course of 24 months, the MA will have opportunities to:

-  Rotate through various business segments and corporate functions at UOB

-  Participate in regional projects and activities with UOB MA from the region

-   Immerse in different aspects of our businesses which allow them to fast-track their careers in banking industry.

To become an UOB MA, the candidates need to have:

-  A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferrable majors in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Economics, Business Administration, etc.

-  No more than two years of work experience

-  An impressive leadership and teamwork abilities

-  Fluency in English.

-  Application closing date: 31^st March 2024

-  Programme commencement date: July 2024
