Pricing

- Contribute to review of product specifications and other product material.

- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, IT, Operation, …) to ensure accurate product implementation in core system.

- Supporting scenario testing and profitability analysis of products.

- Help prepare technical documentation for regulatory filings.

- Conduct market research to benchmark product features and pricing.

- Support request from other Departments relating to products / policy queries and Sales Illustrations.

- Work with Operation team to calculate policy value of various insurance products.

- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any) and support other members on business task.

Learning Outcomes:

- Deep knowledge in Insurance industry as well as Actuarial career

- Understanding AIA’s insurance products and implementation process

- Education: Mathematics, Computer Science background

- Skills (technical skill):

o Knowledge in SQL, Access or any other programming language

o Experience working with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, a necessity.

- Will (soft skill):

o English fluency is necessary for this position.

o Good communication and presentation skills, team player, organized and punctual.

- Thrill:

o Deep knowledge in Insurance industry as well as Actuarial career

o Understanding AIA’s insurance product

o Upgrade technical skills (Excel, VBA, SQL, Prophet) and soft skills (communication, time management…)
