Mô tả công việc
- Work closely with functional head, team leaders, senior professionals and managers to lead multiple M&A projects.
- Assist functional head, team leaders, senior professionals, and managers in all client’s projects and firm’s growth initiatives, including but not limited to:
+ Research to provide data and information. o Research, analyze, and prepare industry focus and target search.
+ Assist in managing contracts, agreements, and correspondence with clients, potential clients, and investors.
+ Build financial models and spreadsheets for reports and decision-making processes.
+ Draft and compose reports, IM, teasers, pitch books, and relevant marketing materials.
+ Assist decision making process, make recommendations, and make decision when needed.
+Translate reports, documents, and news.
+ Present and discuss assigned topics and materials.
+ Analyze data and information for decision-making.
+ Stay up to date with latest news, skills, market trends, competitors, products, and services.
+ Stay up to date with economic data, regulations, and political events, and investment megatrends.
+ Understand financial information, accounts, and data.
+ Monitor and understand market news and updates.
+ Understand economic trends and evaluation of investment potential.
+ Draft and write reports.
+ Identify business opportunities and relationships.
+ Propose solutions to ad-hoc issues.
- Adhere to the company's strategies, policies, risk management, and administration requirements.
- Assist functional head and team leaders in management and public relations missions.
- Demonstrate excellence, professionalism, responsibility, and integrity at all times.
- Understand reputational risks and protect our brand name and reputation at all times.
Yêu cầu
- 2-3 years direct experience in M&A or equivalent discipline is a plus or a fresher with a strong determination to learn and excel in this role.
- Candidate with CFA, ACCA, CPA, and/or equivalent qualifications is a plus.
- Strong understanding and curiosity in various business disciplines including commercial, financial, operational, legal, tax and accounting.
- Proficiency in modeling and valuation.
- Proficiency in research, analysis, and report writing.
- Understand a full cycle of M&A, starting from target search to structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
- Understand relevant financial statements and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- High emotional intelligence, strong presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and conflict of interests.
- Able to take initiative, employ good judgment, and finish tasks under time pressure.
- Strong sense of purpose, ownership, loyalty, and accountability, with attention to details.
- Proactive in working the extra mile to achieve quality results.
- Enjoy autonomy and take serious ownership with minimal supervision.
