Mô tả công việc
- Receive booking request from shipper
- Arrange booking with carrier for on export shipment base on client's SOP
- Working closely with shipper, shipping lines, carrier
- Maintained operational KPIs & follow KPI as per Customer’s SOP
- Solving issues, customer complaints
- Other task assigned by Manager
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree: College or University
- Open for fresher with previous internship experience in Sea Freight
- Knowledge: Shipping
- Good at communication in both of English and Vietnamese
- Good Computer skills (MS Office): Word, Excel, Power point
- Willing-to-learn, dynamic, patient, careful, ability to work under pressure
Working at: 52 Truong Son, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC.
