Business Operations Trainee

-  Receive and propose to improve the installment product operating process flow; 

-  Cooperate with GMC to deliver growth and marketing campaigns, promotional programs, and communications plans; 

-  Follow up with cross-functional team including data analytics and product development, Growth & MKT to collect ideas and requesting develop an end-to-end growth plan; 

-  Receive and implement other requests arising from direct management; 

-  Support contract/annex signed with partners to onboarding & maintained; 

-  Be the contact point to ensure the reconciliation of data and fees with the partners; 

-  Support in handling complaints related to installment products and/or business promotion; 

-  Support Key Account to work with related teams to deploy and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and vouchers for partners; 

-  Working with KA to ensure project progress for new partners as well as new installment products for existing partners; 

-  Create & prepare reports (merchant, operation, growth performance), effectively monitor and evaluate the operational process flow related to installment products & growth activities and plans.

    Outstanding Academic
 
    -  Background Minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0 or 8.0/10;

    - Proficient in English: B2, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 800, Cambridge C1;
 
    -  Less than 2 years of full-time work experience and available to join full-time;
