AI Engineer Trainee

Joining the AI/ML team to help build solutions that solve real business problems. As a trainee, you will be guided by experienced mentors and collaborate with cross-functional teams. We expect you to build up your AI engineering skills, to be able to start working independently at the end of the program. 

-  Build GenAI products leveraging LLMs to serve MoMo users;

-  Work with a high-performing, creative and collaborative team;

-  Work with rich and large-scale datasets, learn techniques to process them efficiently;

-  Develop engineering skills, build end-to-end solutions from ideation, exploration to proof-of-concept to production;

-  Learn state-of-the-art techniques in depth and how to apply them.

    Outstanding Academic

-   Background Minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0 or 8.0/10;
 
-   Proficient in English: B2, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 800, Cambridge C1 (nice to have);
 
-   Less than 2 years of full-time work experience and available to join full-time;

   Department-specific Requirements
 
-   Good understanding of ML and NLP techniques. Experience with LLMs is a plus;

-   Proficient with Python and/or Java, familiar with deep learning and NLP libraries;

-   Good communication and teamwork skills – you like to interact with others in a collaborative environment;

-  A growth mindset – eager to learn, improve, and take on challenges;

-   Experience participating in or winning awards in informatics or programming competitions (e.g., Olympiads, ICPC, hackathons, etc.).
