Programme Overview

The UOB Vietnam Management Associate Programme is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders across the region.

Over the 18-month rotation, our Programme will provide you opportunities to experience through various business segments and corporate functions at UOB Vietnam and join regional projects with UOB Management Associates from other countries in UOB Group. This is where you will learn and appreciate different aspects of the business and fast-track your career in the banking industry.

What we look for in an UOB Management Associate:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university, preferrable majors in Finance & Banking, Business Administration & Management, Information Technology, etc.
• No more than 2 years of working experience
• Impressive track record in leadership
• Proficient in English
