Teller (Giao dịch viên) - Ngân hàng Maybank CN TPHCM

- To assist the Officer, Customer Service to provide satisfactory banking services and operations to all customers:

+ Precise data entry operation in system
+ Deposit side: cash deposit, withdrawal, fixed deposit
+ Remittance side: local & overseas remittance
+ Advise customers procedure for banking services
+ Assist Cashier in counter-checking money before paying to customers

- To comply with all applicable laws/regulations in Vietnam and internal policies on account opening process, funds transfer, placement of deposits.
 - To ensure that local remittances (In VND) are promptly and correctly keyed–in Vietcombank Money System, CITAD, BIDV and An Binh Bank before cut off time.

- To ensure that outward foreign remittances are promptly and correctly keyed–in Swift system.
- To perform end of day cash balancing and vouchers.

- To perform filing for all documents on frontline products.
- To provide high service quality to all level of customers.

- Level of Education: Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree or above related to Banking & Finance.
- Years of Experience: Has related experience in Banking Operations or cashier at relevant industries is a plus.
- Discipline/Related Field: Banking, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business.
