Mô tả công việc

  • Develop CVP for AF segment and sub-segments ensure market competitiveness.
  • Develop acquisition programs &retention programs for AF client growth  
  • Develop product’s feature & product’s packages based on AF Personas 
  • Develop client journey for AF clients to improve client’s experience via high standard process & service quality
  • Interface with Retail Marketing/Marcom for promotion of program/product to VPB client & VPBank internal.

Yêu cầu

1.    Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in banking and finance

2.    Relevant Experience

8 Years’ Experience in banking, in the areas of Affluent segment

3.    Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

  • Extensive experience in Relationship Management and Affluent and/or Private Banking business
  • Extensive experience in Relationship Management and Affluent and/or Private Banking business
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a good understanding of how economic events impact global markets.

4.    Skills

Relationship/People Management Skills, teamwork skills, Effective Communication skills

5.    Others

  • Active, resourceful, and highly accomplished and capable of multitasking and solving multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in groups and interact with departments in the bank.
