Mô tả công việc

  • Receiving all shipment information from Booking team, then updating and recording all data into internal operating system.
  • Tracking shipment status daily, then updating all data into internal system.
  • Supporting Documentation team to prepare HBL and submit SI/VGM to carrier.
  • Checking all required documentation timeline as per customer SOP.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by leader.

Yêu cầu

  • Good English skill is required
  • Can work full-time for 6 months.
  • Students of Universities or Colleges, related disciplines.
  • Knowledge of Logistics, Import-Export and Sea good.
  • Basic office computer skills.
  • Careful, agile, dynamic and hard-worki
