Sales Officer

+ Work location: AEON MALL Binh Tan, AEON MALL Tan Phu

+ Working time: 5 days/ week - OFF days are not fixed on weekends, work in shift (shift A: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm & shift C: 1:30 pm – 10:30

pm - Average 01-02 shift C/per week)

+ Report to: Deputy Manager/Manager

1. Patrol frequently and check tenant’s business/ operation to ensure tenants run business smoothly. Meeting with tenants to understand

their situation and have ideas for business/ operation improvement;

2. Follow & analyze tenant’s business results to figure out boost sales ideas to achieve sales & rent targets in the assigned category;

3. Collaborate with tenants and other department (internal & external) for promotions/ events/ campaign to attract customer & boost sales;

4. Assist lease out a lot in the assigned category, lease signage board/ storage. Follow & support new tenants to open on time & run

business smoothly;

5. Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, and assigned reports;

6. Collaborate with others departments to solve tenant inquiries/ complaints/ problems;

7. Follow document tasks for an assigned category such as making e-Document, payment request, tenancy agreement, appendix… on

time;

8. Survey competitors & market to gain awareness of market trends & brands;

9. Other tasks as assigned.

1. Bachelor’s degree, in any field;

2. Good communication in both Vietnamese and English;

3. 1 - 2 years working experience is preferred (Fresher can be trained);

4. Willing to work in shift: shift A 8:30 am – 5:30 pm – shift C 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm (01-02 shift C/per week);

5. Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

6. Be careful & accurate, good team-work and communication skills
