Mô tả công việc

Support on new projects (40%)

  • Preparing presentation.
  • Working with internal & external stakeholders to build up SOP.
  • Supporting fulfill RFQ from partners.
  • Analyzing and proposing solutions, coordinate with data team to get related data to support on new projects.

Documentation task (30%)

  • Making payment request for 3rd parties and submit to Accounting team on time.
  • Doing cost allocation and get confirmation from all related BUs.
  • Prepare documents/contract for signing & stamping.
  • Getting confirmation from related BUs for any required contract/documentation and follow to finish it.

Other tasks (30%)

  • Supporting on admin tasks; Coordinate and arrange events assigned by ITLFM CEO.

Yêu cầu

-  Students of Universities or Colleges, related disciplines.

-  Good English skill is required.

-  Ability to intern 6 month fixed-term

-  Knowledge of Logistics industry.

-  Microsoft office skills;

-  Aggressive in communication and build-up relationship with internal and external.

-  Legal aspect as compliance.
