-  Ability how to read, analyze and understand all details, notes & information on a landscape construction field that is provided in drawings & specifications

-  Perform quantity take-off, tasks by counting number and measuring objects on drawings

-  Provide cost and profit estimate of construction projects with precise quantity

-  Coordinate with team members to accomplish assigned tasks

-  Graduated from College/University with related major (Accept new fresher)

-  Must be able to speak, write and understand fluently English, IELTS 5.5 or above

-  Basic Math and Computer skills are required

-  Ability to multi-task, teamwork

-  Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel ...)

-  Able to work well under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
