Mechanical /QC Engineer

Work in DN Factory: QA/QC Engineer

·  Performs quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the fabrication process and before delivery.

·  To implement preventive measure and corrective action for non-conforming products (NCR)

·  Prepare and review QA/QC docs, NDT with client and third party auditors as required.

·  Do auditing, maintaining and updating quality procedures, processes, QA/QC standards.

·  Monitor and visually inspect material at receipt and before production.

·  Other tasks as assigned.

Work in HCM Office: Project Engineer

•  Contact international customers to discuss their projects/products requirements.

•  Process technical proposals/PO via meetings, email or phone.

•  Checking technical issues, prices and contracts are up to date.

•  Liaise with QA/QC, Supply Chain and Production departments to ensure timely supplies.

•  Keep track of on-going projects meet deadlines until projects success.

•  Sourcing suppliers in construction industries, building materials in domestic and international.

•  Stay up-to-date with new products and features.

•  Perform other tasks when assigned

·    Can be fresh Graduates, or experience in QA/QC, Mechanical, Engineering, Construction, Project                                 management, especially metal fabrication.

·    Skills in English, MS Office, Autocad, international metal fabrication standards.

·    Ability to work under strict deadlines. Critical thinker and problem solver

·    Good organizational and multitasking skills.

·    Good communication and time-management skills.
