Manufacturing Technical Training Intern

-  Deliver English training sessions and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal members to enhance English competencies (60%).

-  Utilize Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) and SharePoint to enhance training services with high quality and efficiency (30%).

-  Perform frequent audits for the internal team (5%).

-  Organize internal events such as workshops and team building activities, or other assigned tasks (5%).

-  Third-year or final-year student commits to a full-time 6-month internship.

-  Solid understanding of English for business environments.

-  Passion for people development and experience in training others.

-  Integrity, discipline, accountability, and self-learning.

-  Good communication skills including verbal and written.

-  Good team player with a willingness to learn new things and ability to pay attention to details.

-  Demonstrate ability to facilitate events: workshops, games, programs, etc.

-  Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to utilize technology for training and process improvement.
