Lead the soft collections team

Layout the policies and processes and take actions to encourage timely payments or defaults

Allocation of cases to the team to set collections target, planning and monitoring it regularly

Analyze and investigate historical data for a better understanding of consumer behavior

Take action for resolving customer issues

The person should have minimum of 3-4 years of relevant collections experience

Engineer with analytics skills

Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills

Ability to manage a team

Native level verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese.

Fluent English is a strong plus.
