Line Leader/ Chuyền trưởng sản xuất

Key Responsibilities

1. Arrange line production according to PMC schedule and follow up the status.
2. Able to arrange worker’s position reasonable according to WI and worker’s skills.
3. Ensure all workers can operate according to WI.
4. Control all machines and equipment run under normal status and found out once that cannot work well.
5. Handle with daily production defects and give out feedback.
6. Good control for material received and scrap material inventory.
7. Correct workers if any wrong operating.
8. Collect statistics if necessary.
9. Ability to support supervisor if necessary.
10. Ability to manage several production lines.
11. Good command in Vietnamese and English is a plus

Person Specifications

1. Intermediate or above education
2. At least 2 years manufacturing experience.
3. Experience in hand tools, manufacturing management will be preferred.
4. Initiative and hardworking.
5. Good communication, coordination, listening and interpersonal skills
6. Well know about excel, word and related Microsoft office
