Junior Product Support Engineer

-  Provide first and second level application support for the products to customers, including analysis of cases to identify recurring incidents and resolve customer concerns and problems.

-  Conduct UAT/end user training & ensure complete all documentation for other engineers, users, and other audiences.

-  Support Product Owner/Product Manager to manage Product backlog and Product releases. 

-  A Bachelor of Engineering in quality control, systems, or a related field is required for this job.

-  Advanced problem-solving skills, paying close attention to detail, and being able to work efficiently and effectively under stressed conditions.

-  Knowledge of company products, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changes in product requirements.

-  Experience working with customers, understanding their issues, and managing their expectations.
