Internship, Global Payment Solutions (North)

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Internship, Global Payment Solutions (North).

Principal accountabilities:

- Assisting in Admin work

- Delivering and receiving documents, materials ; Photocopying documents; Scanning documents; Filing documents...

- Assisting in other professional work

- Assisting employees in preparing reports

- Assisting employees in preparing business correspondences

- Assisting employees in preparing presentation slides

- Assisting customers in filling simple forms

- Providing necessary guidance to customers upon request

- Addressing to customers' simple enquiries

- Assisting customers in using basic electronic banking services.

Knowledge/Special Skills Requirements

- Be able to work full-time for 6 months. 

- This role is to support Account Manager team mainly for admin tasks, running reports, preparing slides of presentations and providing supports to client related to HSBCnet

- Good at MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word.

- Behaviors: Integrity, Hard-working.

- Experience in digital platform is a plus to be trained to connect and work more closely with customers.
