80% Internal Engagement Activities

- Support in planning/ brainstorming/ organizing creative ideas for Internal Engagement projects

- Create contents on internal communication channels

- Assist or main charge in hosting Company's events

- Edit, Photograph & Video film in a basic way

- Support in translating some documents for internal communication development if any

20% Talent Acquisition tasks

- Support the recruitment process (CV screening, phone screening, interview arrangement, etc.)

- Support onboarding process

- Other tasks assigned by the line manager

- 3rd/4th-year student or fresh-graduate in Business, Commerce or in another relevant field.

- Ability to multitask and take initiative.

- Ability to quickly learn and process information.

- Creativity and problem-solving skills.

- An energetic personality will be preferred.

- MC ability is a plus
