IE Senior Manager (Electronics, Chinese & English)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a IE Senior Manager (Electronics, $2000++, ID13814)

• Responsible for managing employee performance in industrial engineering and industrial process analysis including the implementation, development and evaluation of procedures to integrate and evaluate the equipment, facilities, materials, personnel and procedures.
• Process analysis and measurement, capacity planning, manufacturing loads and forecasting.
• Estimate production line interface equipment, as well as application for material samples and material data.
• Evaluate and carry out investigation on discrepancies for all actual as well as planned industrial procedures and keep track of all data; ensure integrity of results.
• Manage and evaluate team member performance, and provide appropriate training and guidance.
• Optimizing the use of resources (labor, raw materials, etc.) to manufacture electronic products.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met, equipment is repaired when necessary, materials are available when needed, and labor costs are monitored.
• Establishment of OKRs and achievement of goals
• Customer correspondence and coordination between departments to resolve customer's complaint
• Staff performance setting & evaluation.
• Training/coaching staff to ensure enough capability.

• Male, Age: 30-50 years old
• Graduated from university or above
• At least 10 years of working experience at the same position in electronic manufacturing company
• Proficency in CAD, LAYOUT
• Fluent at both English and Chinese languages
