Human Resources Intern

Employee Engagement (50%)

- Participate in planning and organizing employee events including but not limited to Happy Hour, Internal Sharing, Internal Training and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) events.

- Design internal content and create materials for internal communication (video, image, docs..)

Employer Branding (10%): Create and manage content on Fanpage and Tiktok Channel to increase company brand visibility

Others (30%): Support other HR daily operations (administration tasks, documents and files...)

- Organizational skills and able to do multitasking

- Hard working with “can-do” attitude

- Vietnamese with English proficiency

- Discretion and trustworthiness

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Able to use social media platform and edit short video; 

- Able to use some basic editing tools like Canva, Capcut...

- Can work part-time at least 32 hours per week or full time from Mon - Fri
