We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of HRBP Executive to join Stavian to GO GLOBAL with the following criteria and work:

1. HR Services

-  Manage the implementation of HR processes, including employment contracts and variations, employment checks, probationary period review, and employee terminating procedures … in order to provide appropriate and ongoing support for employees

-  Proceed with other employee-related paperwork

2. Labor law and HR policies

-  Research and management information system related to Local Labor Laws in overseas branches of The Group to ensure compliance with procedures of the Group and Local Labor Laws

-  Participate in governing and developing HR policies, projects & procedures for overseas employees.

3. Employee Relation

-  Liaise with other teams to analyze HR services to mitigate the risk of the Group and to enhance employees’ experiences.

-  Directly communicate with overseas employees and colleagues from other branches to encourage employee relations

4. HR database and filing system

-  Directly maintain updated employee records regularly to increase employee management efficiency

-  Prepare weekly/monthly reports as required

Yêu cầu

-  At least one year of working experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner (Candidates who have worked at a multinational company/group or overseas are preferred)

-  Thorough understanding of HR practices/ Labor Law in Vietnam

-  Showing enthusiasm for learning and researching HR matters

-  High level of verbal and written English skills

-  Excellent command of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-  High sense of responsibility, solution-oriented/ result-oriented mindset

-  Good adaptability and good ability for self-learning

-  Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

-  Being careful, detail-oriented, and good analysis skill
