Mô tả công việc

1.Recruitment and Employment:

  • Manage the whole recruitment processes & support the recruitment activities in the Job posting, phone screening, recruitment test, interview, selection, salary dealing, job offer, etc. in order to timely hire the right talents for company’ or project’s requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database as well as completion of employee’s personal profile.
  • Experience with employment lifecycle (onboarding, transfer, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters and off boarding)

2. Training

  • Conduct the training for staff and workers in On-Boarding schedules/programs,
  • Orientation training and company internal procedures/culture to all employees yearly and other internal training as per requirements of social compliance.
  • Assist for soft skill training with external trainers, evaluate training programs
  • Keep update training record and provide to local parties if needed.
  • Perform, control and monitor training matrix and training plan for employees.

3. Admin

  • Manage the general administration to ensure the smoothly operation in the office and all company’s properties as well as equipment in the good condition
  • Supporting admin job related to HR - Admin department as assignment: documentation, team activities,….
  • External Vendors management: manage and maintain strong relationships to ensure a high quality and cost-effective service is provided. Do the contract renewal, contract payment, contract liquidation, ect.
  • Perform paper works and the related items for office (proceed contract procedures, payment, many other related items)
  • Receive and handover incoming letters, documents; follow outcoming letters, documents
  • Other job tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor degree in BA, human resources or related is preferred.
  • Around 1 - 5 years experience in HR-Admin functions.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing and growing environment.
  • Good communication skills (ability to handle conflict situations, etc.)
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Good ability to build relationships and trust
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese is a plus
