Employee Relation Specialist

- Responsible for salary administration, analyze the compensation survey and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal. Propose initiatives to improve outsource staffs benefits.

- Prepare the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and budget planning.

- Review and implement Sales Agent/Team Leaders career pathway.

- Collaboration with HR Vendor in managing non-FTE staffs.

 - Review quality service of HR Vendor under line manager's instruction.

- Education: graduate from University.

- Strong skills in coordination, communication, presentation.

- Strong analytical skill.

- Strong experience in employee relation

- Good knowledge of consumer banking processing & market.

- Have experiences at least 2 years in HR field.

- C&B experience is advantage.
