E-commerce Coordinator

-  Execute, review and manage the orders, delivery processes and documents as required.

-  Execute and review monthly fee process and inventory report of each distributor.

-  Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place.

-  Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.

-  Collaborate with internal stakeholders (BOT, finance, BCD) – as well as external partners (Tiktok, Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, etc.) to deliver best-in-class E-commerce campaign, consumer experience, and business results/ KPIs from planning to execution.

-  Work closely with internal teams & agency to plan, develop and execute value mechanisms that generate monthly sales revenue.

-  Other duties as assigned.

-  Working conditions:

-  Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.

-  Working hour: 08:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)

-  Graduated major Economics, Business Administration, Ecommerce.

-  Have 1+ year experience at the corresponding position, preferably in a B2C retail industry.

-  Microsoft skills.

-  English: Good written and spoken required.

-  Working experience with Tiktok platform is a plus
