DIGITAL TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Your role as Digital Technical Specialist:

- Join us as our Digital Technical Specialist who is a part of Digital Marketing team, your role will be responsible for executing the digital marketing projects from the global clients by managing content for web and campaign emails.

- You will provide hands-on problem solving and administrative assistance via multiple platforms, while closely following the tight deadline for each digital campaign/ project.

Report line:

Report directly to Digital Technical Team Lead

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Execute web management, publishing, updating and localizing web content and supporting a wide range of content management systems (CMS).

- Create landing pages and do web product management based on client requests.

- Create automation emails on Account Management platform including setting up, testing and deploying

- Participate in meetings/ seminars with Digital Marketing Specialists from the client’s side, acting as a consultant on email marketing best practices.

- Ensure that deadlines are followed.

- Oversee the implementation of project/ campaign improvements.

Training period:

- Before fully taking the position, you will be required to train on:

- Team structure/workflow of clients/internal procedures.

- Internal management systems.

- CMS systems (Account Management, Umbraco, etc.)

- Other internal workshops and training from time to time to continuously enhance the skills.

Working schedule:

You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by the team lead:

- Morning shift: 9.00 AM – 5.30 PM

- Afternoon shift: 1.00 PM - 9.00 PM

- Evening shift: 3.00 PM – 11.00 PM

You as a person:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, marketing, business administration or other relevant fields.

- Tech savvy, eager in learning, setting up, configuring systems and platforms.

- Having knowledge about and/or experience in various CMS and CRM platforms is preferred.

- Experience in coding, basic HTML, CSS is a plus.

- Solid organizational skills, able to prioritize and juggle between tasks. Have an eye for detail.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

- A team player, and an independent worker.

- Proactive, willing to learn with a growth mindset.
