Mô tả công việc
- Review and analyze logistics reports (e.g., stock and sea shipment reports) and provide key insights to Junior Traders.
- Monitor and track the status of open invoices, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Input data related to ongoing commercial deals into internal systems.
- Lead the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for new clients, managing document requests and coordinating with the Compliance team.
- Prepare shipment documentation, including packing lists, Certificates of Origin (COO), and other necessary trade documents.

Yêu cầu
Education: University student in International Trade, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: Previous internship or experience in client service management, international trade, or logistics is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective time management and self-organization skills.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to learning.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (fluent). A big PLUS Chinese (Speaking, writing)
- Interview: The interview process will be conducted in both English and Chinese in case.
