Associate Data Analysis Team Leader (Financial Services)

This position will be responsible for leading data-driven strategies that enable the extraction of meaningful insights from complex datasets in the financial services sector. They will work closely with the Growth, Product, Risk as well as the AI/ML team, to deliver actionable insights that drive business value. The ideal candidate will possess a growth mindset, be customer-centric, and have a deep understanding of user behavior and product analytics, including customer journey and product funnel analysis. They should also be able to conduct market research and analyze fintech products.

- Develop a data-driven approach to growth and marketing by analyzing user behavior and product analytics with customer journey and product funnel insights;

Develop innovative approaches to analyzing and visualizing data, providing clear and actionable insights to drive business decisions;

- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 members, fostering a customer-centric culture and ability to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment;

- Conduct rigorous hypothesis testing, including A/B testing, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features;

- Conduct research on the market and other fintech products to identify new opportunities for growth and marketing strategies;

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Growth, Product, Risk, and AI/ML teams to identify insights and opportunities to optimize and scale growth and marketing efforts;

- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify patterns and insights from complex datasets to drive business value.

- At least 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the financial services sector/ fintech product;

- Experience with growth and marketing analytics, including customer journey and product funnel analysis;

- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering insights that drive business outcomes;

- Knowledge of advanced statistical analysis techniques such as regression analysis, predictive modeling;

- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment and collaborating with stakeholders from different business units;

- Proven ability to build and manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment;

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

- Experience in money transfer (P2P), network analysis, insurance, and investment products is preferred.
