TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE (PART-TIME)

Role Specifications

Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (Part-time) - Fitness/PT Division.

Department: HR / People & Culture.

Reports to: Founder or HR Lead.

Schedule: 8 AM - 12 PM, 3-5 sessions per week (12-20 hours total).

Work Model: Hybrid - On-site at GP Fitness gym + remote online sourcing.

Building Your Talent Map

Your mission is to build a comprehensive talent map of personal trainers across Ho Chi Minh City.

Research & Map: Identify universities, training centers, gyms, and online communities (Facebook, Zalo, Instagram, TikTok) where potential PTs gather.

Active Outreach: Connect with student affairs offices, academic departments, sports clubs, and DM promising social media creators.

Multi-Channel Posting: Deploy job listings across VietnamWorks, TopCV, Facebook groups, and university fanpages.

Talent Pool Management: Maintain a detailed database of potential candidates including skills, certifications, graduation timelines, and income expectations.

Proactive Recruitment Strategy:  

-  Conduct direct outreach to social media fitness creators and build university relationships for a steady applicant flow.

-   Maintain a dynamic talent database, tracking both immediate and future prospects.

Who You Are

-  Passion: Seeking someone passionate about fitness and wellness with at least a basic understanding of the personal training profession.

-   Background: Ideal backgrounds include previous experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or business development. Alternatively, experience as a PT, coach, or active participation in sports clubs.

Essential Skills:

-  Exceptional communication abilities: friendly, persuasive, authentic.

-  Social media proficiency for sourcing and online networking.

-  Strong organizational skills with meticulous follow-up and documentation habits.

-  Proactive mindset unafraid of "imperfect" CVs.
