osition Overview & Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Management

  • Maintain organized document and record systems.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and service providers.

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.

  • Assist with documentation, correspondence, and reception duties.

Human Resources Support

  • Maintain employee records and contracts.

  • Track attendance and compile reports.

  • Support recruitment and interview coordination.

  • Handle onboarding new employees.

Finance & Accounting Coordination

  • Monitor expenses and process payments.

  • Prepare periodic financial reports.

  • Coordinate with external accounting firms.

Facilities & Asset Management

  • Maintain asset inventory and condition monitoring.

  • Oversee maintenance and repairs coordination.

  • Ensure safety and cleanliness standards.

  • Coordinate with contractors.

Additional Activities

  • Support internal events, workshops, and light marketing activities.

  • Gain comprehensive exposure to business operations in the wellness industry.

Yêu cầu

Language & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with office management software is a plus.
